I developed a deep passion for botany, while growing up in the rugged terrain of the Chaparral mountains of California and spending my childhood exploring wild landscapes and discovering the secrets of its aromatic plants. I dedicated myself to studying the unique herbs and botanicals found in the region, learning their properties and potential. My dream was to share the magic of the Chaparral with the world in a form that captured its essence.
This is how High Chaparral Gin was born – a tribute to my lifelong love affair with the land that shaped me. With every sip, one could taste the essence of the Chaparral, transporting them to its sun-drenched slopes and fragrant valleys.
